We strive to make your child’s stay at the hospital as comfortable as possible. If you have a concern about your child’s care, the best person to talk to is your child’s nurse or doctor. You can speak to the nurse manager on the unit, and he/she will take action and respond to your concern. On weekends or at night, please ask the charge nurse to call the administrative supervisor.

Family Care Representatives
If you need anything, and we mean anything at all, call 313-745-0132 to speak to a Family Care Representative.  Family Care Representatives are here 7 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm to help you.  Maybe you need to take a shower, find laundry facilities, get into the Ronald McDonald House.  Maybe you just need a friendly ear and a cup of coffee. If you have a problem that needs attention, just call and we’ll be right there!
