New Hospital Visiting Rules During Flu Season

Parents: When visiting a patient at Children’s Hospital of Detroit, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 18 with you. This is to help protect the patients and families of Children’s from getting and/or spreading the flu virus this season (including H1N1). To help prevent spreading the flu virus: Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue whenever you cough or sneeze and throw the tissue into the trash, and wash your hands often.
