For the first time ever, Children’s Hospital of Michigan is one of the charitable organizations eligible to receive voluntary contributions from taxpayers who choose to use the 2009 Michigan Voluntary Contributions Schedule (Form 4642) when they file their 2009 State of Michigan tax return. This is an easy way for Michigan taxpayers to donate and make a profound difference by supporting Children’s Hospital, the largest and only freestanding children’s hospital in the state. 

With nearly a quarter million patient visits annually, every dollar helps!

The Children’s Hospital of Michigan at the Detroit Medical Center is dedicated exclusively to the treatment, well-being, and health care advocacy of children. 

Donations help support the hospital in providing life-saving pediatric care, research and education.
