1. One should be from your Pediatric Clinical Instructor if possible
2. From work experience if possible
2. Current resume – including email address
3. Unofficial Transcript
4. Mission Alignment Essay
1. 750-1,000 word essay
2. Please include the following:
1. Why you want to work at CHM
2. Discuss how you align with Children’s Hospital’s Mission, Vision and Values
5. Choose your top 2 units of interest below. Please review our units under Nursing Careers at CHM. This does not restrict or guarantee your application to these 2 areas. It assists us in determining the allocation of our open positions.

6. PICU Intensive/Intermediate Care Unit requires prior experience to a PICU. (either SNA or Extern)
