How much recess do kids need? Experts say young students aren't getting enough in Michigan

Apr 26, 2022

(WWJ) – Chances are pretty good that if you ask an elementary school-age child what their favorite subject is – they’ll tell you recess.

Experts say it’s a vital part of a child’s school experience, not only to get out and exercise, but there’s an important social aspect to it.
