After-hours Care

For after-hours care, visit the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Walk-in Pediatric Clinic, open Monday-Wednesday, 5pm-8pm at the Detroit Specialty Center. The after-hours clinic provides convenient care for health needs that are not life-threatening but can’t wait until the next day.

This can include conditions like :

• Ear infections
• Insect bites and stings
• Minor injuries (like sprains)
• Mild or moderate aches and pains
• Minor rashes, cuts or bites
• Mild allergic reactions
• Cold and flu like symptoms
• Nausea and vomiting
• Minor burns
• Low grade fever lasting less than 36 hours
