Group Volunteering Opportunities
On-Site Group Volunteering
For small groups looking to come into the hospital, we do have some select opportunities. Things to know:
- Group size is capped at 4 people
- All group members must be over the age of 18 years
- On-site group volunteering is scheduled on weekdays only
- The location of visits within the hospital will depend on the activity
- For privacy, confidentiality, infection control, and general safety/security, no patient room visits will be permitted
For more information about on-site group volunteer opportunities, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page
Off-Site Group Volunteering
Service projects are another amazing way to give back here at CHM. These are projects taken on outside the hospital which are of huge benefit to our patients and families. These projects are great for larger groups, workplaces/clubs/teams which are taking on a group effort, or for those who are under the age of 18 but still want to give back to Children's Hospital of Michigan. To learn more about service projects, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Collecting items for donation is another great way to support, providing necessary items to support play, growth, development and basic needs for kids and their families while in the hospital. To learn more about in-kind donations and toy drives, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Thank you for your interest in supporting patients and families at Children's Hospital of Michigan!
