Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship
Welcome to our Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program at Children Hospital of Michigan. Our mission is to train compassionate, curious, and capable physician leaders in pediatric hospital medicine. As a fellow, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic clinical environment, mentored by clinically skilled faculty, and supported in developing your own academic and leadership interests. We believe that training should be rigorous, collaborative, and—yes—actually enjoyable.
Our two-year ACGME-accredited fellowship provides comprehensive training in the care of hospitalized children across diverse settings. Fellows develop expertise in:
- Evidence-based inpatient pediatric care
- Medical education and teaching
- Quality improvement and patient safety
- Clinical research and scholarly activity
- Communication with families and interprofessional teams
You’ll have protected time to develop your academic niche while building core clinical competencies through varied hospital medicine experiences.
