Adopt a Family

Thank you for choosing the Adopt a Family program at Children's Hospital of Michigan this holiday season! Please read the below in its entirety before completing the prompts below:

The Adopt a Family program is a social work run program that refers to our most in need patients and their families for holiday assistance. Each donor will receive a wish list from the family they are matched with to be used as a guide for shopping. Matches will be based on your preferred family size. Please complete one submission per family you would like to "adopt". It is not expected that you purchase everything on the wish lists. You should expect your family's wish list by 11/14/25 at the latest. If you need to drop out at any time, please notify us immediately so that your assigned family can be re-matched!

DROP OFF INFORMATION:

Drop off dates will be 12/8-12/11/25 from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Once your wish list is sent via EMAIL, please respond by signing up for a drop off date and time. If we do not receive a response from you, your family will be re-matched. Date and time slots will be first come, first serve. Please keep in mind before signing up to "adopt a family" that no other dates will be available this year.
